First I would like to inform you of the Machine Vision board. You are much more likely to receive an answer on that board. But my first suggestion is to look at the IMAQ Overlay examples on our website. Find out which one does what you want to do or close to what you would like to do. Then adapt the code to your particular application. Once you have done this, if you are still having trouble overlaying a line I recommend posting on the Machine Vision board more specifically what you have done and what you would like to do that you could not figure out yet.
