Force File Type and writeSpectra missing

I am trying to integrate software developed by a contractor into my project. When I load his project, I am missing two VIs. They are: Force File TypewriteSpectraDoes anyone know what plugin or module I need to install that includes these VIs? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Jack Minardi

UPDATE: I am also missing LoopTime.vi

I've tried searching for those files on my computer without any luck.  Is there a way for you to contact your contractor in order to see if he originally sent them?  Has your program ever worked upon getting it from your contractor?
 
What hardware, software, or instrument drivers are you using?
