Hi florence, how do you communicate with your motor? Do you have some vi´s from thorlabs? Maybe they defined this error code.Mike

Hi Florence, Welcome to the National Instruments Discussion Forums! We appreciate your efforts to post images (they are usually very helpful), but yours seem to be pointing to your local hard drive (file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/florence/...). Thus, the rest of us can't see them :smileysad:. Could you try posting them again by adding them as attachments (near bottom) instead of inserting them as images? Thanks! In addition to Mike's questions, I have the following: How long is the USB cable? Is it plugged directly into the PC or into a powered/unpowered hub? Do you hear the connection drop? How long does it take for error 10111 to show? Is the communication working before the error occurs, or does it never work?
