Hi Thomas,I have just noticed that the 16 colors icon is not updated.- Modify an icon with your editor and then press Submit.
- Reopen the editor and press Ctrl+. to return to the standard editor.
- Notice that only the B & W and 256 Colors icons are updated.
While speaking with an exhibitor at NI-DAYS 2008 in CH, I have learned about the history of your icon editor. It would be much appreciated if you added an additional tab to edit the description of the VI...Have a nice day

Hi Thomas,This is what I was told about the history :
ThSa
Since many years, I have expected NI to ship a more advanced icon editor. I'm very grateful for your - open source and english - version, and hope that it will make this wish become true in a near future.

I like the extra settings tab. Now to try and find a way to peek into the password-protected VIs :smileyvery-happy:

:-) There is nothing really interesting in. The main reason why I've locked it is the messy code :smileywink:

So no secret NI tricks up your sleeve then? :smileywink:

Oh no. I did use neither hidden properties nor hidden invokes. Of course there is something specific to get the reference but this might cause some questions and therefore I've locked it. The important stuff is that it works, right?

That is true, and I am grateful you have taken the time to put together this nifty addon. In reality, it has saved me so much time it is probably something I would pay for!!!

I would love to know how you get the reference to the vi whose icon you are editing (for editing the description). Can you post a screenshot or describe it? Thanks for the great product. I have been using it for quite a while and I love all the new features.
