Using ZPL in LabVIEW (8.5) with Zebra TLP 3844-Z

I need to print a small barcode label with the TLP 3844-Z.  The barcode labels are currently printed with the Zebra XiII printers.  Both run at 300dpi.

With Bartender(tm) I can get the small bar code needed to fit the small label.

With ZPL the smallest bar code isn't small enough.

Tech reps at Zebra were no help.

Any hints?  (I am printing one label at a time for each product produced.  Bartender(tm) prints bunches at a time and is a standalone product.)

Is there a specific question relating to LabVIEW 8.5 and bar codes?  I think you may have accidently worded your question wrong.  Regards, -SS

Yes.  I'm looking for a way to print SMALLer barcodes than the ZPL progam allows using the TLP 3844-Z from LabVIEW.

Sorry bare with me I'm still confused.  Are you saying that you are using a LabVIEW application that outputs ZPL data to a Zebra Printer (TLP 3844-Z).  And you want the commands to write out a smaller font than what you are currently getting?  As a quick recommendation I would call back and reword your problem to Zebra Tech support.  It never hurts to ask twice.
Can you please post your code?
