Hello all, I have a SCXI 1303 TC terminal box which is connected to a SCXI 1102 in a SCXI 1000 chassis. The problem is that my experiment is far from this chassis and we have to run many thermocouples to it (which apart from other things, makes a huge mess). I would like to use a R9696 ribbon cable to connect the 1303 unit to the 1102 card instead of buying a TBX-1303 box. Can this be done? Can I use a R9696 to connect to the terminal at the side of a SCXI 1303 block and connect the other end to the SCXI 1102 card? Please help.

Hello All, I called up NI and the engineer told me that it is indeed possible to connect the SCXI 1303 to the R9696 cable. Thanks to Thomas from NI
