LabVIEW 3D Picture Control Evaluation Software Discussion

Hi,
 
In order to improve my application, I'm trying to import a 3D object (STL object) through the 3D Picture control evaluation software. However when I want to see it, nothing appears on the screen!
What am I missing? Does anyone have an answer?

PS : I join the simple VI I used but I can't join the 3D object (a plane) because the extension (.stl) is not supported by the NI website!

Hi Boris84, Files in the STL format can cause problems, as shown in <a href="http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/28A232BBEDBBB4078625726000753995?OpenDocument" target="_blank">this article</a>. Can you save the file as a different format to import? I was not able to load any of the subVIs in your program. Are all of the camera and image subVIs custom made? If so, please post them along with your main VI so the issue can be reproduced. Are you using any other NI vision software for this such as IMAQ or Also, it is easier to keep track of and answer your posts if you create a new thread for a new issue in the forums.Regards,Stephen S.
