I get this error when opening a top level VI with a seemingly no longer functioning sub VI.  After this error occurs, LV freezes and will not open anything else, every subsequent sub vi it tries to load has the same error and eventually LV freezes up.

Any thoughts on how I can open this file?

You did not provide the error. I'm guessing you forgot an attachment?

Fixed it, it was referencing a network location for a Sub vi, which was not availible.  I did not think of this since it caused every other file that was not on the network to have the same error.
